I acknowledge that participating in sea fishing and boat excursions involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: severe weather, rough seas, slipping/tripping on deck, injuries related to fishing equipment (hooks, lines), and the dangers of being on open water far from immediate medical assistance. I voluntarily assume all such risks.
In consideration of being permitted to participate in this charter, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Clew Bay Charters, its owners, Captain, crew, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury (including death) that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while participating in such activity.
I agree to comply with all safety instructions given by the Captain and crew at all times. I understand that failure to follow these instructions may result in the termination of my participation in the trip without refund.
I certify that I am in good physical condition and have no medical conditions that would make my participation in this activity dangerous to myself or others. If I have any specific health concerns, I have notified the crew prior to boarding.
